Debbie Ann Riffe

Debra Ann “Debbie” Chinn Riffe 57, of Greenup KY departed this life Sunday morning, February 8, 2015 and is now resting peacefully in the arms of her savior. Debbie was born March 7, 1957 in Ashland KY the daughter of the late Carl W. Chinn and Dora L. Ritter Chinn. Proceeding Debbie in death are three sisters; Sandra Chinn Laber 1984, Linda Chinn Brown 2009, Roberta “Skeeter” Gilmore Scherer 2012 and a great niece Haylee Dale Henderson 1996. Debbie leaves behind three sons; Jeremy David Riffe of Greenup KY, grandchildren; Hunter David Riffe and Shelby Rebecca Riffe, Jack Edward Riffe II and wife Melissa of St. Cloud FL, grandchildren; Rylon Taromino and Shyla Ann Riffe and Chance Michael Riffe of Greenup KY, one brother; David Bryan Chinn and wife Tammie of Mt. Hope WV, nephews; David Charles Chinn and wife Kristin of Woodbury Heights NJ, great niece Charleigh Marie Chinn, nephews; Cody Bryan Chinn and fiancé’ Nicole Davenport of Sterling OH, Bentley Bryan Chinn and Levi Robert Chinn of Wooster OH, nieces Hannah Leigh Chinn of Wooster OH, Brianna Elizabeth Chinn Crump and husband Daniel of Ashland KY, Delanie Elizabeth Crump, Darcie Jane Crump and another precious one in August. One sister Carla Chinn Abrams and husband Don of Greenup KY, nephew Charles W. “Chad” Abrams II and wife Megan of Ashland KY, great nephews; Braxton Taylor Abrams, Conner Trace Abrams and Owen Parker Abrams. Other nieces and nephews; Bud Brown, Allan Brown, Sherri Lezu, Shelli Morris, Kim Johnson, Shelly Cumbee and all their children. Debbie had a caring and loving personality to all people she knew. To know her was to love her. She had a zest for life and lived with great faith in God, when most people would have given up. She wanted no one to be sad for her. She wanted everyone to be happy. Her love for children was remarkable and she will be missed by her great many friends and family. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Thursday February 12, 2015 at Miller Funeral Home by Rev. James Webster. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM till 1:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
