Phyllis Jean Caudill Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Phyllis Jean Perry Caudill, 86, of Ashland, passed away Thursday, December 27, 2018 at her son’s residence. She was born October 19, 1932 in Genoa, WV the daughter of the late Elise Lee and Marie Pratt Perry. She was a retired nurse for King’s Daughters’ Medical Center. She was also a member of Rose Hill Baptist Church, Hospice volunteer, Friends of Hospice, past president of Kentucky State Association of LPNs and served as a member of the Kentucky State Board of Nursing. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Marcus “Whitey” Caudill; two daughters, Linda Caudill Webb and Sherry Marculett Caudill; and eleven siblings. She is survived by two sons, Mark Perry Caudill (Margie) of Cincinnati, OH and Greg Keith Caudill (fiancée Susan Chellgren) of Ashland; five grandchildren, Erich Siebel, Dallas Huang, Carley Bush, Phillip Caudill and Stephanie Auxier; and several great and great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday December 30, 2018 at Miller Funeral Home with Dr. Matt Shamblin officiating. Burial will follow in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until service time Sunday at the funeral home.
