Judy Ann Fowler Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Judy Ann Fowler 79, of Ashland, Kentucky went to be with her Lord surrounded by her loving family at Community Hospice Care Center after an extended illness, Friday, April 1, 2022. Judy was born July 5, 1942, in Huntington, WVa. to the late Hubert Foster and Dorothy Hayton Ferguson and her stepfather James Ferguson. In addition to her parents, Judy was also preceded in death by her husband, Frank E. “Ed” Fowler, her siblings, James A. Ferguson, Linda Meggison, Deborah Stallions, and Sharon Ferguson. Judy was a graduate of Kentucky Christian College with a psychology degree, retired from Pathways as supervisor with the Detoxification unit, attended Meade Station Church of God, was an avid reader, enjoyed watching The Young and Restless, and especially enjoyed her family. Surviving her are her three daughters, Joyce Bellomy (Michael) of Ashland, Melinda Fowler (Carl Elswick) of South Point, DeAnna Fowler (Everett Suttles) of Ashland, five grandchildren, Tara Fowler, Sarah Bellomy, Jessica Sexton, Lance Fowler, Brandon Fowler, six great grandchildren, and her special buddy, her dog Jaxon Lee. Funeral services for Judy will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, April 6th at Miller Funeral Home with Pastors Chris Murphy and Todd Slayton. Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to service time at 1:00 PM at Miller Funeral Home with entombment following services in Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum.
